I also thought after that first play that the Bears would just smash all over the Colts, but alas, the Colts wanted it more and kept pounding on them moving forward yard by yard. The half time show was pretty good too. Sucks that it rained so much... which made it perfect for the song Purple Rain to be played. I did wonder if if Prince would get shocked while playing guitar in the Purple Rain... but he survived :) Hey Karen.

It was the first ever opening kick-off return, as well as the 8th ever kick-off return in superbowl history. However, there has never been a punt return for a touch down in a superbowl.
