Style Your Laptop
More and more the new Dell is replacing the desktop in my life. 9 Cell battery rocks!
Finally I am getting really mobile, with battery autonomy between 3 and 5 hours. I enjoy the freedom of being genuine wireless, through the house, in the neighbourhood and gone are the days where I had to plug in in every pub.
With the laptop taking daily a more important part in my life, I started stumbling flickr for laptop customizations and found some great skins, stickers, but also laser engraving. The nicest ones I found so far after the jump.

Given your interest in laptop customization, I wanted to let you know that I’ll be launching a website soon (http://www.etchconnection.com) which will be a source for laptop/ipod/cell phone laser etching designs and will help promote the services of etchers everywhere. Right now it’s a very do it yourself process in which you have to go to your local etcher, provide artwork, or work with them to create something. If you are at all interested, let me know. I’ve got a very rudimentary page up right now to collect emails, etc of interested folks.
