Spin the Wheel of Lunch!
Do you ever have trouble when it comes time to eat and you just can’t make up your mind? So many choices but where to eat?
Thanks to some creative programming by KrazyDad a.k.a. Jim Bumgardner and using data from Yahoo local, you can now solve your daily question of “what should I eat today?”
All you do is enter your zip code and a query string, such as lunch, steak or vegetarian and the Wheel will discover many of the local establishments that fit the bill.
This is so cool! I love mash-ups.
Thanks to KrazyDad for putting this together.

This needs a way to change tags on the eateries. No offense to the local Japanese restaurant, but it’s not the first place I think of when I want dessert. (Of course, if I had that kind of power, I might end up trying to remove Quizno’s entirely from the registry, but still…)
Still, that one complaint aside, this is surprisingly fun to play with.

According to Jim, the creator of this, he’s working on it so users will have the ability to edit the wheel in various ways like removing undesirable listings, adding new ones, etc.
