Google Celebrates Joan Miro’s (1893-1983) Birthday with a fancy new Miro inspired logo:
Joan Miro was born April 20, 1893, in Barcelona and studied at the Barcelona School of Fine Arts and the Academia Gali.
Spanish painter, whose surrealist works, with their subject matter drawn from the realm of memory and imaginative fantasy, are some of the most original of the 20th century.

I _loved_ this Google logo when I saw it last week.
Heather and I own exactly one piece of fine art, and it happens to be a Miro litho, black and white, of a Miro-styled cat. So cute.
Apparently, the estate of Miro is suing Google for copyright infringement.
I call bullshit.
