Those excited to get their hands on the much-awaited Nokia Booklet 3G can now purchase the netbooks for pre-order at Best Buy. The netbooks go for $599, and they come with Windows 7 Starter installed.
With Windows 7 Starter, that means no Aero, and a lot of missing features. You can’t even change the wallpaper, for crying out loud. This is what you get for $599? Not good, if you ask me.
So let’s say you’ve been using the Jolicloud netbook OS for some time now. And you want your friends to actually join you for the ride, but dang, it’s a closed alpha and you can’t get your friends to use the new OS.
Now if you’re a Jolicloud user, you should be able to see 10 invites in your homebase so you can get your friends to use Jolicloud. If you have a friend who uses Jolicloud, this is the perfect time to bug your friend as well.

We’ve waited for a netbook rocking Google’s Android to come out for some time now, the dual-boot Acer Aspire D250 would be the thing for you. It dual boots into Windows 7 and Android. Honestly, I still don’t think it makes any sense, but whatever works for you, right?
Take note that there doesn’t seem to be an easy way to boot into Windows 7 though.
Check out the unboxing video below. It’s in French, but you’ll understand it well enough.
